Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Molly (“Molly”, “we”, “us”), including getmolly.com and claim.getmolly.com, our online store, and our rewards experience (the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.

Eligibility

You must be of legal drinking and contracting age in your location and legally permitted to use blockchain applications where you live. You are responsible for the wallet you connect and for keeping your keys and recovery phrase secure. We will never ask for your recovery phrase or private keys.

What Molly is

Molly is a beverage brand. Some cans include digital collectibles — PixelArk NFTs and MOLLY tokens — that eligible customers can claim by scanning a code. We also run free and paid collectible drops.

Digital collectibles are for enjoyment, not investment

Our NFTs and tokens are digital collectibles meant to be fun. They are not investments, securities, or financial products, and we make no promise that they will hold or increase in value. Prices on secondary marketplaces are set by third parties and can go to zero. Never spend more than you are comfortable losing, and do your own research.

Rewards, faucets, and drops

• Supply is limited and rewards are provided on a first-come basis while available.
• Rarity is committed on-chain before any pack is opened — the outcome of a rip is not something we can pick.
• Free rewards are for genuine participants. Bots, scripts, sybil wallets, and referral farming are prohibited, and we may withhold, reverse, or revoke rewards and remove wallets that abuse the system, without notice.
• We may sponsor network fees (“gasless” claims). We can change or stop this at any time.

Signatures and transactions

To prove you control your wallet, we ask you to sign a plain, human-readable message. This signature costs nothing and does not move funds. We do not request token approvals or transfers to deliver rewards. Always read what your wallet shows you before signing, on any site.

Store purchases & physical products

Physical products are sold through our online store. Prices, availability, shipping, and returns are as described at checkout. Orders are subject to acceptance and may be cancelled if a product is unavailable or an error occurs. Our drinks are consumer beverages — please check the label for ingredients and allergens before consuming, drink responsibly, and store as directed. Consuming any product is at your own discretion and risk.

Intellectual property

The Molly and PixelArk names, logos, and artwork are owned by us or our licensors. Owning a collectible gives you ownership of that token on-chain and a personal license to display it; it does not transfer our trademarks or the underlying rights.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Services: no fraud, no exploiting bugs, no interfering with security, no automated abuse, and nothing unlawful. We may suspend access for conduct that harms the Services or other users.

Assumption of risk & disclaimers

Blockchain technology carries inherent risks, including irreversible transactions, network congestion, wallet or smart-contract vulnerabilities, and total loss of value. The Services and collectibles are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. You use them at your own risk.

Zero liability — digital and physical products

By accessing, purchasing, holding, trading, or consuming any Molly product — whether digital (NFTs, tokens, rewards) or physical (drinks and merchandise) — you do so entirely at your own risk, and you agree that Molly accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Molly and its team, partners, and suppliers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including without limitation: loss of profits, tokens, digital assets, or data; any change in the value of collectibles or tokens; any blockchain, wallet, or smart-contract failure; and any effect arising from possessing or consuming a physical product. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms, shown by the “Last updated” date above.
