Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Molly (“Molly”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with our websites, including getmolly.com and claim.getmolly.com, our online store, and our rewards experience (together, the “Services”). We’ve written it in plain language on purpose.
The short version
We collect as little as we can to run the Services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not perform identity verification (KYC) — we never ask for your government ID, and we never ask for your wallet’s seed phrase or private keys.
Information we collect
- Wallet address. When you connect a wallet to claim rewards, we record your public wallet address and the rewards associated with it. A wallet address is public information on the blockchain.
- Email address (optional). If you choose email sign-in or ask us to create a wallet for you, our wallet provider processes your email to send a one-time code. If you place a store order, we use your email to confirm and ship it.
- Reward and order activity. Which codes you scanned, what you claimed or ripped, and (for the store) your order and shipping details.
- Device and usage data. Standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) and cookies needed to operate the site, keep it secure, and understand aggregate usage.
What we do with it
- Deliver your rewards and fulfil store orders.
- Operate, secure, and improve the Services — including preventing bots, fraud, and abuse of free rewards.
- Respond to your questions and provide support.
- Meet legal and tax obligations where they apply to us.
Service providers
We share information only with vendors that help us run the Services, and only as needed. These include our wallet-authentication provider, website hosting and database providers, our store and payment processors, and analytics. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor — we do not see or store card numbers.
Blockchain data is public and permanent
Claiming and trading digital collectibles happens on a public blockchain (Base). Transactions, wallet addresses, and token ownership recorded on-chain are public, permanent, and outside our control. We cannot edit or delete on-chain records.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function, to keep you signed in, and to measure aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below. Note that we cannot alter information already published on the public blockchain.
Children
The Services are intended for adults of legal drinking and contracting age in their location. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
